Steve and Ken both did a great job. I didn't do this for Sam yesterday but he did a great job also. My computer is finally working. I bought a new computer and a lot of the things did not work correctly. But 247 took care of everything for me. They are great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
