We have had an absolute nightmare with our boiler breaking down just before Christmas which left my family (me, partner, 2 young children) with no hot water or heating. An engineer came out the same day as we rung 247 home rescue and fixed the problem quicker than I expected. They have made Christmas much less stressful for us so thank you.
