Shameful company with poor business practice. I took out a boiler contract with them but they refuse to repair a boiler breakdown as they wouldn't cover work if a fault is found during an annual boiler service. I see no differences when the fault was found. A fault is a fault. I was misled and misinformed. Please avoid it at all costs.
