I have been a customer for 12 years and never claimed. When I called to ask whether a plumbing service was covered I was told no.
I have found out today that it is and I have spent nearly £1000 I didn’t need to.
Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a manager to call back as they don’t respond to emails.
They also charge a hefty cancellation fee making it hard to leave!
