I paid £95 calling fee for the engineer to visit he spotted the problem and said will come back to fix it but never turned up. I called again the centre and to check for the engineer and they asked me to pay another £95 to visit again I was very mad as I have to pay again for something has not been fixed in the first place I have to cancel my membership due of communication problem between engineer and service centre.
I advise anyone to take member to be aware of this scam.
