Service engineer broke condenser pipe. Tried to fix using glue and hosepipe. Both unsafe.
Capped gas off outside without informing me. (Why outside????)
Asked to pay 75 quid to repair, paid up front with no guarantee of repair date.
Have had a local inde here who has spent 90 minutes sorting their mess out.
Avoid this company.
