Don't waste your time with these cowboys. Reported a leaking radiator and plumber attended next day. He said the pipe needs replacing & policy doesn't cover this. Got a independent plumber out who fixed the leak without replacing the whole pipe. Annoyed at 247 I raised a complaint. I then provided an invoice and next day they rang again to tell me that complaint is again deadlocked because the email didn't have an email address. 247 rescue are rogue traders.
