This company is a con and very unreliable, unprofessional and will take your money. Please don’t trust them, once you are signed up to a contract their service is poor and they falsely report issues and always say the work is the not covered under the policy and will make you pay a high excess payment on top of your monthly direct debit.
Please be warned about the company don’t sign up to a contract with them and if you are already with them I recommend choosing another company that is more professional and trustworthy.
