I`ve been spoken to rude and rushed off the phone whilst trying to book a gas service, she practically put the phone down on me. I had no written confirmation that my payment method had change, everytime I rang I was either on hold for far too long or the person consistently sent the wrong information. On top of that i decided to e-mail. That didn`t get through to them either. They were only interested when I decided to cancel my direct debit. They also kept on `forgetting` that my package included a free service, as they kept on insisting that I had to pay. DON`T EVEN BOTHER WITH THEM. Pay that little extra and get a good service for your money.
