Dreadful service made an appointment for a service on boiler. Was told had to wait six months after policy taken out. Was given an appointment for today. Waited all day just to be told at 3.29 that they are not coming and offered another appointment in September, weeks away.
Didn’t even have the manners to make a phone call just a tax to say ring them.
