Will do anything to sell a boiler!
Sales person wasn't transparent about call-out fees when I was sold a boiler and how that impacts my current policy. 247 Staywarm, who are a sister company of 247 Home Rescue, have told me that I don't need to pay for call-out charges, but this is not true! He wasn't clear about the difference between the warranty and the plan I'm paying for. I can't escalate to the Financial ombudsman service since 247 Staywarm who sold me the boiler isn't regulated by them.
