How can you have a rating of 4.6 when the service is so appalling?
I made a complaint on 27/11 and I did not receive a call back till today.
When I rang them today they lied about everything.
Only when I put my foot down that I got someone to take me seriously.
They are quick to take the excess but very slow to provide service and compensation
