I was very happy with the service provided by Adam Butt ,he was friendly and informed me of each step in the service progress and seemed very competant and worked quickly and cleanly through-out. I would like to comment on the one downside to this service, and that is the time factor, I had to have the day off work and not knowing what time the engineer would arrive meant spending all day at home in this case until 18.20. It would be helpful if the booking could at least be made for either AM or PM to alleviate this problem especially for people that live alone.
