Within 15 minutes of emailing my requirements, the phone rang with an offer of the item requested. The caller was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I promptly placed my order, which should be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday. The final judgement, of course, depends on the condition of the part when it arrives.
Quite separate to the phoned quotation, several other offers were rapidly received by email.
