Although I didn't end up using 24/7 suppliers I was delighted by the speedy response. Two respondees got back to me by telephone with 20 minutes.
I didn't buy from either as they were offering salvage parts. Admittedly they both offered 30 day warranty but at the end of the day I felt a new part would be more cost effective in the long term.
