To say poor, is not really accurate or fair. We had 4 good quotes within a very short time. The problem was, that the number given for contacting the sellers wouldn't work for us - we are in France, and all we got when we dialled the number was an American voice saying "no route" ! I then tried on several occasions to call the company number given on the website. I was told each time that the waiting time would be 10 minutes and that I was number 4 in a queue. After I had held on for 10 minutes, I was still being told it would be another 8 or 9 minutes. Too expensive for calling from France! Very frustrating.
