The first person to approach us quoted which turned out to be an estimate some £90 different to what he wanted to charge for an item he didnt have, established after keeping me on the phone for 25 mins. Appalling. The second was brilliant, professional, honest and quick to process the order for despatch at the price quoted for an item he had. If the first person I spoke with was from the second company I would have given 5stars but as the first would have had none ive had to meet halfway. Ying and yang.
