Not having used your web site before I was very impressed by the speed at which responses came in both by phone and email. I may buy from one of the phone call people as they gave a LANDLINE number and not a PREMIUM RATE (0703) number as I don't think it's necessary to charge premium rates to buy an item from them. They should in addition to the number, provide an email address for their respondents as an alternative source of contact.
I think your advice on how to buy is very good as I'm a "first timer" to a site like yours.
