Hi . The dealer that gave the best quote should not be trading in 247 spares . It's cost me over £30 in phone charges constantly phoning the dealer. Accepted the part quote in Thursday 7th.. Part should have been delivered Wednesday 13th July.. Now due for delivery Tuesday 19th. I asked for a refund and why they did not return my calls only to be told it's premium rate . What do you want me to do . I said phone charge compensation and they hung up .. I was due to go away Friday15th in my car but due to it being broken I had to cancel due to their incompetence and rudeness .. They should not be trading under 247 spares . Disgusting company .
