I have an unresolved dispute with Foreign Car Spares in Birmingham, who apart from being evasive and unhelpful, have so far not supplied me with the part I ordered.
Initially the part ordered and paid for was quoted as 'NEW' with a 12 month guarantee. When it arrived it was clearly not 'NEW'. When my mechanic tried to fit the part it was apparent that the wrong part had been sent. I have lost count of the amount of phone calls and e-mails I've made in the last 2 weeks, and as yet they have not resolved the problem.
