Email responses were quick, and that's when it stopped. I phoned one contact three times couldn't get through, so on the last attempt left name and number for their call back service, nothing. Phoned again 2/3 hours later spoke to someone, discussed the parts and the price, gave him several part numbers off the old part, as requested, and he was going to go away and investigate and would ring me back shortly. It's now 4.45pm some 3 hours later, no call. I don't feel inclined to ring an expensive 0703 number for the fifth time, so stuff the parts and stuff the system. I shalln't recommend or us this site again. Very disappointed.
