within seconds of putting in request, received phone \call from a supplier, with part and a good price ,hadn't even shut down computer still on page 247 spares, then received 10 e-mails from other suppliers within 30 mins, luckily all dearer than the phone call which I had accepted, would tell people not to accept 1st price but wait for e-mails ,I was lucky.
