I was surprised that I got a phone call straight away, as I thought that I would get the quote(s) by email first.
I also didn't get the guidelines in the email to take the name of who you spoke to, note the telephone number etc until after they rang.
This is a big problem for someone like me with a major disability, whose memory is very bad.
