It was good to get a quote for the spares I was searching for but what I did get annoyed with was the 8 emails 4 text messages, 3 telephone calls and a call to my work line the next day! Far too much chasing, I didn't need the spare part in the end but you or your partner companies hounded me constantly for 24 hours afterwards. Definitely not impressed
