I posted my request and received a number of calls, texts etc even though I had declined the text option. I found this a quick and useful site - However
I then found the product I was looking for on another site and purchased it. I wanted to go back in to 247 Spares and 'close' my request but I couldn't seem to find this option and continued to receive a few calls after this time.
I would recommend arranging a 'close' request option that is clear and easily accessible.
