I was not impressed with your service because the part i ordered from Jimmies Japanese parts was the wrong part and i had the problem and expense of sending the item back which was not a small item and when i tried to phone you was just given an answerphone message. No not impressed with this service. So far, thirteen pounds out of pocket and still no part.
