I had 4 replies to my request for a spare part, one of which offered a landline number which I rang and they said that they would get back to me and didn't. The other three numbers started with 0704, which looked odd to me. On further investigation this turned out to be a premium rate number, which seems to be 46p a minute or more. Nowhere does it warn you of this.
