Sorry - But not impressed. Accessed web site for a part. I liked the idea I could put registration in to find make and model. I liked the fact it had several boxes for information on exactly what I wanted hence avoiding confusion! Didn't like the fact I then get an text asking I ring a mobile number with a reference! no info on part and no costings! I ring the number to be told they have the part and my address and telephone is checked. Its a light unit! No its a small lamp holder only! Would you like to order it? You haven't told me the cost yet! Oh its around £10! Card number? How much am being charged to card I say? around £10? Whats Postage? around £8 he says! Sorry this is not good customer service so I have not purchased the part. I have source it from a another company who gave me the exact figure straight away!
