I was happy with the service provided by 247 Spares until I received my mobile phone bill. It showed that 247 Spares uses an '070' contact number which charges premium rates. My enquiry lasted a few minutes and cost me £9.60! The website makes no mention of this (or if it does it is well hidden!) and this is not treating customers fairly. I am submitting a complaint to Ofcom!
