Never trust a company that uses a mobile number for contact. Terms & conditions make sure that they are responsible for NOTHING but do do their best to make sure you pay only them. They had my reg. no. so knew exactly what part was required. When I finally contacted an "advisor" I was first told "all the prices quoted are ONLY STARTING PRICES" I pointed out that I had received a firm quote for £165, apparently this "finished" at £290 something as they didn't know what part I required, although they had my reg.no. and had asked for no further information. SCAM artists with a very nice, attractive, professional looking website. All the decent part finder sites send you quotes from their subscribers and YOU KNOW FROM THE OUTSET WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH!
