This is a scam. You are asked to phone a number which is supposed to have the spares you need. They haven't - and the number cost you £1.50 a minute, although it looks like a normal mobile number. They keep you chatting, and say they will check and ring you back - which they don't. You end up with a large phone bill and no spare parts. Don't be fooled.
