My first encounter with this site was very good as the guy I spoke to was very helpful and delivery was very fast. Unfortunately my parcel arrived damaged so had to be sent back. I then telephoned to reorder the part and found the other people I spoke to a little abrupt. I appreciate that they are very busy but feel that they could have been a little more patient with me. However this would not put me off using this service again.
