Im not in the trade so found it a little daunting at first All these people calling me. Will use again. Got the part I needed within an hour of logging my request. The website could do with putting some of the detail that's in the email on the site as you log a request. I didn't read it until after I'd taken five calls. One dealer used an automated calling system. Hated that. Overall a great system once you understand it.
