I have just received my telephone bill to discover that I have been charged almost £15.00 for a few minutes call to 247 Spares premium rate numbers!!! This was not made clear on the web site. Trying to make a complaint on the web site is impossible - after several attempts. Not only will I be writing many reviews to deter others from using 247 Spares, but I am going to officially report the company for it's misleading / unethical work practices!
