Would have been very good but none of the phone numbers (all mobile numbers starting 07) shown on the responses were obtainable. I am sure this was an electronic glitch but I couldn't resolve it. Fortunately some traders did contact me by phone/text so I was able to buy a pump. Score of 3 reflects the phone number issue otherwise would have been a score of 5.
