My boiler was not working so I called this company. The engineer came out for about 20 mins and just replugged the fuse which was loose. No materials were used and I was charged £349 for an engineer to plug a loose fuse back. £300 for labour charge and £49 for call out.
When I asked why so much, the customer service lady got really aggressive. Very unprofessional. Won't be using this company again and won't be recommending anyone to this company. If anyone use this company please ask how much labour charge is before using them
