“Absolutely disgusting Crooks is the only word that springs to mind I was told 45 pounds over the phone with three other people that heard the conversation as witnesses I was told of nothing about the other 140 pounds that was on top after half hour of diagnosis then to be told they don’t repair electric”

“Absolutely disgusting service, cost £425 for a 30 minute job which the technician dragged to an hour unnecessarily, with the parts we paid and provided. No mention of the labour costs and they hooked us with a £45 consultation fee and did not specify ANY other charges. No charges or quotes were given before the job started which is dishonest and greedy on their part. No mention of absurd rates on their website and they plastered positive reviews on their website. Absolutely avoid them they will scam you”

“Called them in the morning toilet tank leaking. Called handler very professional. Plumber came within 1 hr as promised. Richard was friendly all repaired in 20 minutes. Excellent service. 100% recommend them.”

“Absolutely disgusting I still have the leak , he didn't touch anything just took a photo and asked me what was happening, he then went to car to call someone and from that photo; he came back with a price of £200 for two things totalling £400.....? But STILL did not tell me the problem. I decided not to let this unprofessional do any work as he said if he couldn't fix it, he would have to call in a specialist which would be more money. I paid the £70 callout I still have the leak what's the world coming to? £70 and he didn't even bend down. Or stop the leak as you can see in photo.”

“Boiler was fixed in 10min. But the company charged me £410. What a rip off - they knew what they were doing. Won’t be using again. Was only told about the call out charge of £50. Would have been great to be told the estimate cost before repairing - I would have avoided it.”

“Called for an emergency gas engineer as carbon monoxide alarm went off. Advised callout charge was £49. Engineer came within an hour. Checked everything out and advised no leak. Changed batteries and then rang company to let them know job completed. He was here for about 30 minutes. Company told me charge would be £350. I told them that was exorbitant. Eventually they agreed to £200 but engineer felt that was still too much as he would only have charged £50 plus callout charge. The company kept ringing me and pressurising me. I'm an OAP. I WOULD NEVER use this company again and can't actually find them on the Companies House register.”
