I used this company for an emergency boiler issue after being told the call-out fee would be around £49–£50. However, once the engineer arrived and completed the job—which took about 10 minutes and mainly involved switching the boiler on—I was charged £369. I felt the final cost was not clearly explained in advance and was much higher than expected this completely fraud and u guys didn’t even provide me receipts or breakdown information while I told her to send me in my gmail she told me it will me sent after u pay still no any email or anything totally scam I advice people not to use this fraud websites !

Called 247 for a technician to call following a carbon monoxide leak from the boiler, charged £349 to be told the boiler was faulty ???? Already knew that as emergency services attended the property on the night to confirm carbon monoxide was present, 247 engineer came the day after and no checks were done, which were compulsory, no i. d produced, asked for registration number for technician from him, ignored and also approached the company for it, ignored, this company should not be allowed to advertise on Google, total scam! Should be refunded but complaints department appears to be non existent!
