Had top make an emergency call out on the weekend. After a few hours delay an engineer did eventually come out. He did a bodge job of a repair that 10 days later, we're getting fixed again... And only £500 for the privilege. Got no paperwork or invoice from the company so we've got no recourse... Lesson learned. WE WILL NEVER USE THESE COWBOYS AGAIN!
