This is a total scam.
It charged me 95$ before hand on the phone, claiming this is the service fee. Then, they rescheduled appointment3 times saying that they need to find an available technician. Finally, the technician came in late with no knowledge. He briefly glued the button of my microwave and charged me 270$ in total.. I was shocked. It was total scam and the fix is not desirable.
