This company is fraud! They use subcontractors and do not follow the guidelines of what is told to you when you call The Appliance Repairman. They charged me $320 to turn the water valve on!! I am reporting them as they are nationwide to the BBB as well as the AGs office in Florida. The tech was intimidating and would not leave without a check. Stay away from this company! No support from the customer service number.
