It wasn't the repair person it was with customer service/support. I called to make an appointment and I didn't know the brand of my oven right off and she just rushed me off the phone before I could get the info. She just hung up. I called back spoke with someone else made it pass the oven name. Came to the money/payment and things went awry. I was trying to understand the specifics and if they would take a check instead. He said if you were listening. Then he proceeded his closing markings and hung up. Not letting me get a question in at all. I just hung up and called right back and canceled my appointment. They asked me the reason why I was canceling? I simply said you guys were very nasty and I hung up!
