Horrible! They came right out but made me wait a week for the part to come in. So I had no fridge and lost all the food. He finally changed the part. Same problem again so obviously it wasn't the part that needed to be replaced. He came again, scratched his head and said I don't know and I can't get the fridge out. $320 later, I decided to just buy a new one this one was only 4 years old. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
