Was on the phone with them for less than a minute, rep told me "if you don't like this you can go somewhere else".
My question? I have an LG fridge with a probable compressor failure, parts under warranty, labor is not. What is the ballpark (low, high) estimate for a repair? He refused to answer twice.
Let me be clear: THEY KNOW THIS ANSWER, if they are not telling you, it's because it's not in their best interest to do so.
