This is following my initial complaint : We contacted the BBB about this place now all of a sudden The appliance repair men want to refund us 200.00 when they ripped us off for 427.99 Again there was NOTHING wrong with our oven,stove PSI were never checked our gas carrier cleared this issue and stove worked Now you want to offer us 200.00 you still owe us 227.99 more because NOTHING was ever wrong- we were told the 200.00 check would be in the mail if we inform BBB we settled and asking us to call BBB before the dam check is even here again we are Senior citizens and don't find 427.99 on the street now not only do you rip off seniors you try to pressure them calling twice to agree that this is settled. Please anyone reading this BEWARE of this company.
