They sent "repair" person who took large deposit for oven, then said he needed more money because part "didn't work", cancelled repeated appointments. He also did not ground a stovetop burner, when repairing, and we are getting shocked every time we touch dial. The company just contracts out, they are NOT repair company, they told me, when I complained. AVOID at all costs!
