Repair man just had a bag of tools.the job was to clean out a dryer vent from a dead animal that had gotten in. I had to provide him with cleaning solution and paper towels. I was told that if he did work that I would not be charged a service fee-wrong. I was credited with the service fee and also charged 200 for his work which lasted about 40 minutes!He said that he would come back the next day and replace the dryer vent hose which never happened even after I had called the service to remind the technician to make sure that he would return-never happened.Do not use this "service " and get ripped off
