I thought I was hiring a local company. It’s actually a referral service. I paid a fee to the company, another fee to the repair person, and paid about $320 for a part he said he needed. More than a month later and three visits from the repair person, my ice machine still doesn’t work and now my freezer isn’t working either. Not only did they not fix my issue, they broke something else. The repair person was watching YouTube videos on his phone, trying to fix the problem. Avoid this company at all costs.
