Top marks. They showed up in the arrival window they promised and the service guy called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. This was at the tail end of a bad snow storm. Service was great and my small problem was diagnosed quickly and the service guy put me at ease with his explanation. I could not be happier and I will call them again the next time I need a furnace service.
