Highly recommend Sam - my fridge had stopped cooling and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain the various possible causes. He also explained that if fixing the first possible cause didn't work, I wouldn't be responsible for the cost of the part.
All in all, a very positive experience and will definitely contact them again for any other appliance issues.
